3 Piping Bags

Piping Tip #6B

**To core use the back end of any regular piping tip to core cupcake.

Red Velvet and Vanilla Cupcakes (can bake or purchase)

*Optional Glitter, sprinkles or other edible adormentments to add to the tops after you finish frosting.

Step 1

Place cupcakes into refrigerater for at least 30 minutes

Step 2

Step 3

Remove cupcakes from refrigerater.

Using your coring tool press all the way down into the center of the cupcake and remove. Pour edible confetti into the hole in the cupcake.

Repeat on all cupcakes.

Step 4

Starting with the blue frosting and using piping tip #6B start in the center of the cupcake using medium pressure and squeeze enough to cover top of cupcake.

Repeat for all cupcakes with the blue icing.

White icing is next. Using your piping bag and tip #6B We will apply slightly lighter pressure in the center of the blue until it spreads to match the blue. We are creating a stacked effect.

Repeat for all cupcakes.

Final Icing is red. Using your piping bag and tip #6B. Use light pressure to apply the red stacked directly on top of your white.

Once finished with all cupcakes return to the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
