CAKE CHALLENGE

Two (2) to three (3) hours depending on cake chosen

Expert Instruction from Celebrity Baker Elaine Duran

A fondant covered cake

All items and tools necessary to decorate

A box to transport the cake home.

1 to 1.5 hours depending on cupcake design

Six (6) cupcakes per person

All icing and decorative items and tools necessary to decorate

A box for transport.

Three (3) hours.

Basic cake decorating instruction and rules for the challenge

A fondant covered cake(s) and various decorative items/tools necessary

A brief instruction at the beginning will lay out the theme, rules and some basic decorating tips and tricks.

Participants will then be set loose in teams or on their own to decorate the cake in the allotted time.

Elaine Duran will judge who is the Cake Challenge winner.

Elaine will be available for the entire challenge to assist teams/individuals on their design.
