DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! Due to COVID-19 all deliveries are complimentary for up to 20 miles driving from the 34744 zipcode. Any deliveries beyond 20 miles will inquire a $1 fee per every additional mile.
DO I TIP THE DELIVERY ASSOCIATE?
Yes, our drivers will accept and appreciate all gratuities at delivery!
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
Upon completion of your order, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page that confirms your order. You will separately receive a confirmation email from Everything Elaine. If you do not see this email, Please check your JUNK or SPAM box for this message before contacting the bakery or placing your order again.
SHOULD I PREORDER NOW OR WAIT UNTIL CLOSER TO MY EVENT DATE?
Don't wait! Our schedule often books weeks or months in advance and we can't guarantee availability without a preorder. Check your date's availability, schedule and order as soon as you know your event date!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY CAKE?
The earlier the better! We suggest 2-3 weeks before the event date!
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY CAKE AFTER I ORDER?
You can make changes a week before your delivery/pick up date. Changes can be made via email to email@example.com

ARE THE FLOWERS USED ON THE CAKE REAL OR ARTIFICIAL?
All flowers used on cakes are artificial so that they can be disposed of before cutting and serving your cake.
ARE THE FRAMES EDIBLE?
Yes, but the picture is not.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEDDING DOES MY CAKE NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL?
All wedding cakes MUST be paid in full at LEAST 2 (two) weeks before your wedding date. This is the amount of time needed to ensure plenty of time to receive materials and to devote the careful design of your Elaine creation.
WHY DOESN'T FLORAL COME INCLUDED WITH MY WEDDING CAKE?
You and your florist have worked together to create a beautiful recipe of floral unique to your wedding day's look and feel. Your cake should be seamlessly incoporated into your wedding's curated look and that is best done with floral provided by your florist. Tell your florist you will be needing accompanying floral for your wedding cake and they will provide all the stems necessary. Your Everything Elaine associate will take the flowers from the florist upon delivery and place them on your cake with the proper attention, detail, design and food safety necessary.

WHY DON'T YOU ALLOW YOUR CAKES TO BE DISPLAYED AT OUTDOOR VENUES?
DOES EVERY WEDDING CAKE COME WITH AN ANNIVERSARY TIER?
Yes! Other cake designers offer a complementary anniversary tier for weddings with over 100 guests, but we at Everything Elaine value all of our brides and offer a complimentary anniversary tier no matter the size of the wedding cake. This is our wedding gift to you!
