Yes! Due to COVID-19 all deliveries are complimentary for up to 20 miles driving from the 34744 zipcode. Any deliveries beyond 20 miles will inquire a $1 fee per every additional mile.

Yes, up to 9 characters. We prefer you use a nickname so we can make it bigger. The longer the name the smaller the personalization.

We reserve the right to determine which instances warrant a refund but the following are a couple of examples where no refund would be administered :

- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

- Weather related delivery issues

- Cakes which have become unusable due to a recipient’s failure to follow instructions provided with the cake delivery

- Delivery problems beyond our control.

Most of our cakes can sit out in a cool air conditioned room for up to 3 hours any longer than that we suggest refrigeration to preserve the cake for longer enjoyment.

Please be aware that we manage an extremely heavy production schedule and last minute cancellations cannot be accommodated due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order prior to even baking. Cancellations are permitted only when made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Refunds are offered in accordance with your signed agreement.

The shelf life of Elaine's cakes can vary drastically depending on the surrounding temperature and humidity levels. Generally speaking, all cakes stay fresh for a longer period of time when refrigerated. However, at typical room temperature (around 72 degrees) it is okay to leave cakes out of the refrigerator for 24 hours without noticing change in quality.

Therefore, since we are not open on Sundays, it is okay have a cake delivered the Saturday afternoon before your event and leave it unrefrigerated until it is served on Sunday, assuming typical room temperature and average humidity levels.

The deposit/intial payment is non refundable because it acts as a retainer that holds your date on our calendar. We only do a select number of cakes a day to give your cake the attention that it deserves and cancelling removes a slot that could've been given to another client.

All wedding cakes MUST be paid in full at LEAST 2 (two) weeks before your wedding date. This is the amount of time needed to ensure plenty of time to receive materials and to devote the careful design of your Elaine creation.

You and your florist have worked together to create a beautiful recipe of floral unique to your wedding day's look and feel. Your cake should be seamlessly incoporated into your wedding's curated look and that is best done with floral provided by your florist. Tell your florist you will be needing accompanying floral for your wedding cake and they will provide all the stems necessary. Your Everything Elaine associate will take the flowers from the florist upon delivery and place them on your cake with the proper attention, detail, design and food safety necessary.

Yes! Fondant and gumpaste flowers are available upon request for custom orders only. Silk flowers may also be placed on your cake but must be provided by the bride.

With the hot Florida sun and unpredictable weather, buttercream can melt under extreme conditions that are unfortunately quite common with our tropical climate.

Yes! Other cake designers offer a complementary anniversary tier for weddings with over 100 guests, but we at Everything Elaine value all of our brides and offer a complimentary anniversary tier no matter the size of the wedding cake. This is our wedding gift to you!
