Deposit +Payment
By submitting this order and the associated payment  for this product you are paying a non-refundable deposit for your wedding cake and date. The price shown is HALF the total amount of your wedding cake. A link to pay the second half of your wedding cake will be sent to the email address associated with your order three weeks before your event. A cake will not be created or delivered if the full payment (both deposit and remaining balance) are not submitted TWO weeks before your event date..

While Everything Elaine does not offer complimentary cake tastings, once you've completed your order and paid the 50% deposit you may email info@everythingelaine.com with your name and order number to receive 50% off any of of our gifted cakes in the flavor you've chosen for your wedding. In the event that you dislike a flavor and would prefer another you are able to swich to a different Everything Elaine flavor/filling as long as we are notified before you submit your final 50% payment. You could use this cake at an engagement party, bridal shower or bachelorette party as  the perfect sneak peek at your wedding cake!
 
Floral + Natural Embellishments
Everything Elaine cakes do not include floral. Why? You and your florist have worked together to create a beautiful recipe of floral unique to your wedding day's look and feel. Your cake should be seamlessly incoporated into your wedding's curated look and that is best done with floral provided by your florist. Tell your florist you will be needing accompanying floral for your wedding cake and they will provide all the stems necessary. Your Everything Elaine associate will take the flowers from the florist upon delivery and place them on your cake with the proper attention, detail, design and food safety necessary.

2) Due to coloring, candy, upgrades added or removed, and variants of the sort, finished cakes may be slightly different than the ones pictured in listings. Each Elaine cake is made unique to each order and celebration and will never be exactly the same. 
 
3) Cakes can not be left outside due to variable natural elements and weather. When you book your cake you are agreeing to not showcase your cake at an outdoor recption venue space. EverythingElaine.com, Elaine Duran, and all Everything Elaine associates will not be held responsible for cakes that have been damaged due to outdoor conditions.
