Participate in a KIDS class with Celebrity Baker Elaine Duran during our Kids Summer Fun Cake IT and Take IT class! Unlike our other classes, this will be a create-your-own style cake class with instruction on basic techniques but freedom to design their cake however they please!

You’ve seen her on FoodNetwork’s Easter Basket Challenge and Cake Wars as well as TLC’s Next Great Baker now learn from Elaine herself just what it takes to make the cake.

By registering for or enrolling in a Cake It & Take It class you agree to our policies as follows:
Registering
All classes are confirmed upon completion of registration. For online registrations, a confirmation is automatically sent to the email address as provided in the order. We cannot be responsible for undelivered or bounced back online confirmations due to spam filters or firewalls. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start as students are required to check in and classes start on time.
 
Exchanges, Credits and Refunds
Should you need to cancel a reservation for this class, you will receive a 90% refund for any cancellation made four (4) days or more before the class date. The 10% withheld by Everything Elaine covers the processing fees associated with accepting and refunding your order. Cancellations made three (3) days or fewer before the class date will incur a 30% “cost of goods” fee (based on the total fee paid) with the remainder put
on a Cooking Class voucher that can be applied toward a future class, however, no refunds, exchanges or vouchers will be given to changes or cancellations made on the day of the class or for no shows -- without exception.
 
Reservations are fully transferable and if you are unable to attend a class someone else may attend in your place without notice. Changes and cancellations may be made by emailing info@everythingelaine.com. In the event we cancel a class a full refund will be given.
 
Substitutions and Class Format
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients, adornments, colors and flavors. Unless noted otherwise, all of our classes are hands-on and participatory in style. Our class size is limited and classes are structured to allow each student the opportunity to work closely with the instructor to observe, up-close, the ingredients, tools and techniques used in the making of all cakes. The
exception to the hands-on format are classes labeled as "Demonstration", "Demo", or "Lecture".
